Pet photos
When you analyze a photo, the image is sent securely to our backend and used only to generate the mood result and caption. We do not permanently store your photos on our servers.
Account identifier
PawPeek assigns each user a unique account identifier. This is used to keep track of your card balance and activity across sessions. If you use the app without signing in, this identifier is tied only to your device and is not linked to any personal information.
Google account information (optional)
You may choose to sign in with your Google account. If you do, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. This information is used solely to identify your account so your balance and Peeks are preserved across devices and reinstalls. Signing in is entirely optional — you can use PawPeek without it.
Card balance and purchase records
Your remaining card count is stored securely in our database, linked to your account identifier. If you purchase additional cards through Google Play, we store a record of the purchase to verify and fulfill your order and to prevent duplicate grants.
PawPeek uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Your account identifier and card balance are retained for as long as you use the app.
If you are signed in with Google, your balance and history are preserved even if you uninstall and reinstall the app, or switch devices.
If you use the app without signing in, your data is tied to your device. Uninstalling the app will result in loss of your balance and history, which cannot be recovered.
Purchase records are retained for fraud prevention purposes.
If you have signed in with Google, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app via Settings. This action is irreversible. If you use the app without signing in, uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.

PawPeek is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our app, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure to protect stored data.
